This home is located in Point Breeze. It's a multicultural neighborhood in South Philadelphia with a mix of both longtime and newer residents. It's close to many attractions including the Schuykill River banks, Fitler Square, Rittenhouse Square, Passyunk Square, and Center City. It’s a fantastic, laid-back neighborhood with FABULOUS places to eat and drink. Other Details to Note

Parking This area is great for walking and biking (bike share is half a block from the front door), and public transportation is very accessible. There is a bus stop a block from the property, and the subway is a 15-20 min walk away near Broad St & Federal. This area has a mix of free (all day/2 hours) and permit parking. Please read the signs carefully to ensure you don't get a ticket. Finding a free spot can be challenging at certain times of the day. I recommend arriving during the day as street parking is much more available, the later you arrive, the harder it will be to find. We have easy access to a 24-hour garage (15th and Washington, Lincoln Square). I highly recommend taking advantage of this at night if you do not want to search for a spot. Don't feel like walking home from the garage? Take an Uber. If you don't want to pay for parking each day of your stay, simply remove the car the next day and park on the street during the day when it's more available.

Street Parking: This area has a mix of free and permit parking. Please read the signs carefully to ensure you don't get a ticket. Ride Sharing: You should not have any problems getting an Uber or Lyft quickly to pick you up from the property Bike Sharing: A bike-sharing service is a block away from the property rideindego There are tons of these bike-sharing Indego bike locations around Philly. Tip: If you use the service above for more than one day, get the 30-day pass and cancel after the first day. You will still get your 30-day access and save money (the current cost for a 24-hour bike rental is $15 and a 30-day bike rental is $20) Public Transportation: The 7 Bus runs from 22nd and Federal St and can take you north The bus is currently $2.50. Exact change and cash only (no cc, apple pay, etc.)
